What distinguishes productive disagreement from democratic disintegration? What does a minority owe the democracy that protects it? What does the majority owe the minority? What happens to a person when citizenship stops protecting them? Who gets included? Who becomes the scapegoat? How does dissent serve the people? What does Jewish life look like when the social contract starts to fray? Can democracy survive when we stop seeing one another as human beings?

ARTS WORKSHOPS
We offer arts workshops taught by our Art/Lab Fellowship Alumni and other local Jewish creatives. These 3-hour to 3-month workshops provide an opportunity for the public to study a new craft, build community with other makers, writers and dabblers or just have a fun afternoon doing something new with a friend.
Stay tuned as we build out our 2026-27 Arts Workshops Calendar…
Registration link is only through the

Locations will be sent before the event.
